GENERAL RULES

• This TOS is universal to all my accounts.

• My service is digital and doesn't require shipping.

• Personal use only.

• Turn around time depends on the complexity of the order and the waitlist.

• All prices are per character. Unless otherwise indicated.

• You will be added to my waiting list when I take your order.

• If you wish to change the priority of the commission over other orders, it will cost 20 USD.

• You can't use my art, designs, adoptables or/and illustrations for NFT or AI.

• Big changes or constant changes will be charged extra.

• I have the right to not accept or cancel a commission.

• Give me credits please. If possible, tag me.

• Don't delete the signature.

• I have the right to repost the commission, please clarify if you want your commission to be private.

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

• Prices are in USD.

• Payments through Paypal or Zinli.

• Payment first.

• I won’t start working on a commission until I receive the full payment.

• No refunds are allowed.

• You can cancel the commission before the rough sketch for the pose, after that you can’t for any reason wish for a refund.

• If for any reason I can't continue the work, depending on how much I work on it, I will refund some percentage or 100% of it.

TURN AROUND TIME

• Please keep in mind that I do not work 24/7.

• TAT depends on the complexity of each piece.

• Please note that I may exceed the TAT due to personal and country issues (ex: power outages), so please bear with me. When I am unable to meet the estimated time, I will let you know.

• I can accept commissions for specific days at least two weeks away from the deadline depending on the type of commission or style; to avoid or overcome any inconvenience so as not to affect the delivery of the commission.

COMMERCIAL USE

• You can't use my art, designs, adoptables or/and illustrations for NFT.

• You can’t sell my art or use it to earn money without commercial use.

• If commercial use is desired, the final amount will be tripled.

COMMISSION PROCESS AND CHARGES

• I will send a rough sketch of the commission concept, please correct as much as possible in this step.

• Small changes can be made at the line and flat color stage. Too many changes can be charged.

• Once the piece is finished, slight changes can be made, major changes will be charged.

If you purchase an adoptable:

• Payment must be made within 24 hours.

• High quality files will be sent to you by email and/or ToyHouse.

• You agree to all the rules.

GENERAL RULES

• Refunds are not allowed.

• Please, do not delete my designs from ToyHouse.

• Comercial use is not included.

• Give me credits for the design please.

• You can make any changes to the design. If you want me to change something, an extra charge will be made.

• If you are reselling the adopt take in consideration that you can’t raise the price if it doesn’t have any extra art aside from mine.

• Do not retract/hide your bid/offer. Doing that may result in blacklisting from my adopts.

• Please notify me if you trade, sell or gift my adoptables out of ToyHouse.

• If there is a possibility of AB being given for the same design at the same time, the one who pays first and/or pays more for it, gets it.

COMMERCIAL USE

• If commercial use is desired, the final offer will be tripled.

NSFW CONTENT

• Minors are not permitted to purchase or bid on NSFW adoptables.

• I am not responsible for minors interacting with my NSFW content, this type of content is for people over 18 years old.

PAYMENT PLANS AND HOLDS

• Holds and payment plans are only available for AB and mounts over $100 (can be discussed).

• Hold a maximum of 20 days (more time can be discussed).

• Payment should be made in one or split in two (another way can be discussed).
